Property Management Specific Titles - Our curriculum developers have more than 50 years of hands-on multifamily experience. We understand your business, because property management is our business. All of our courses are written specifically for and about the multifamily industry, and include detailed, real-life examples, scenarios and exercises, as well as full voice-over narration and audio.

Printable Workbooks - All courses include a downloadable workbook and other printable resources so students have easy-to-use job aids in hand long after their online training is complete.

Pre- and Post-Testing - All courses include a 10 question Pre-Test and 30-question Knowledge Challenge to gauge student comprehension. The Knowledge Challenge is different for every student, as each exam is randomly generated from a large database of questions. This preserves the integrity of the exam.

Completion Certificates - Each student who achieves a 70% or greater score on the final "Knowledge Challenge" receives a course completion certificate. Students who achieve a perfect 100% score receive a "Mastery" certificate indicating their perfect score. Certificates may be printed and emailed to a supervisor. Course Completion Certificates are useful for tracking training, and especially for demonstrating your organization's commitment to adherence to Fair Housing and employment laws.

Spanish Titles Available - Several of our most popular titles are also available in Spanish. The Spanish language versions of our courses contain the exact same content as the English language courses, including course workbooks, downloadable resources, and testing. Full voice-over narration has been specially re-recorded using a Spanish-speaking narrator.
