Grace Hill, Inc. ("GHI"), the owner of GRACEHILL.COM, encourages a completely open exchange of information and ideas, but we cannot and DO NOT REVIEW postings made in the chat rooms, forums, or other public posting areas. You will probably read any given message, comment or other posting before anyone on the GRACEHILL.COM staff does. Take what you find with a grain of salt. Information in these areas is sure to include comments and opinions from a wide variety of individuals and organizations other than GHI. We DO NOT endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user or from a celebrity or "expert" guest in one of the chat rooms. In short, there is no substitute for healthy skepticism and your own good judgment.

Responsibility for what is posted in the chat rooms, forums, and other public posting areas on GRACEHILL.COM lies with each User. You alone are responsible for the material you post. While GHI will not edit, change or modify the content of any user's messages, GHI expressly reserves the right to remove or ban any user for inappropriate conduct on GRACEHILL.COM.

Although GHI cannot, and DOES NOT, monitor the postings in the chat rooms, forums, bulletin boards and other public areas, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete inappropriate postings that come to our attention, whether for legal or other reasons. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review private electronic messages that are not addressed to GHI or a member of the GRACEHILL.COM staff. However, if required, we will comply with the law regarding disclosure of such messages to others, including law enforcement agencies.

Without the prior written permission of GHI, you may not frame any of the content of GRACEHILL.COM, or incorporate into another website or other service any intellectual property of GRACEHILL.COM, GHI, or any of their licensors.
